In plain words

• You must be 18 or older.
• LivCam is an independent website. It is not the LivCam mobile app and has nothing to do with livcam.me.
• Calls cost coins. Coins have no cash value.
• Treat the person on the other side well, or lose access.

The numbered sections below are the full version. If the two ever seem to disagree, the numbered sections win.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover the whole site: the pages, the girls list, matching, calls, messages, live streams and payments. Our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines are part of them. If you don't agree, stop using LivCam. Using it after we post an update means you accept the new version.

2. Age and eligibility

LivCam is not meant for anyone under 18, or under the minimum age where you live if that is higher. You may use it only where the law allows you to. Accounts that turn out to belong to minors are closed.

3. An independent site

LivCam at livcam.online is run on its own. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the LivCam mobile app or the livcam.me website. If you were looking for one of those, this isn't it.

4. Your account

Opening the site gives you a guest account. You can bind an email to it if you want a way back in. Everything done through your account is your responsibility, so keep access to it to yourself.

• Don't use false or stolen information.
• Don't sell, rent or share your account.
• Don't try to get around security checks or limits.
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else got into your account.

5. Coins and Premium

Calls are paid with coins. The price of a call is shown on the start button before you begin, and coins are sold on the coins page. Premium is an optional membership with its own per-call rate and priority matching. Its current terms are shown where you buy it.

Coins and other digital benefits have no cash value, except where the law says otherwise. Purchases of digital goods, and coins already spent on calls, are generally not refundable unless the law requires it. Payments run through outside providers, whose own terms also apply. Chargebacks, fraud or payment abuse can lead to cancelled orders or a suspended account.

6. How to behave

Use LivCam lawfully and with respect for the other person. The Community Guidelines spell this out for calls. In short: no harassment, threats or scams. No sexual content. No impersonation. No bots or scraping. No spam or pushing people to pay outside the site.

7. The service can change

Features may be added, changed, limited or removed, for legal, safety, technical or business reasons. We don't promise that any feature stays available, or that you'll get a particular match, reply or call quality.

8. Content and intellectual property

The site's software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, scrape or reverse engineer them. Content you create stays yours. You allow us to host, display and process it as needed to run the service. Only share things you have the right to share. Rights holders can use our copyright process.

9. Other services

Payments, analytics and some links rely on third parties. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we aren't responsible for what they do.

10. Suspension and closing accounts

We may investigate suspected breaks of these terms or the law. Where it is reasonably necessary, we can remove content, issue warnings, limit messaging, matching or purchases, or suspend or close an account. We may also cancel transactions or withdraw benefits where the law and our rules allow, and cooperate with valid legal requests.

11. No guarantees

LivCam is provided "as available", as far as the law allows. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent the law permits, we aren't liable for losses caused by other users, third-party services, events outside our control, or a failure to protect your own account. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can't be limited.
