This page covers the information LivCam handles when you open the site, chat with someone, or buy coins. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

Your guest account
There is no sign-up form. Opening LivCam creates a guest account for you, and the Me page shows its Guest ID. That account is how the site knows your coin balance, your blocked list and your settings.
Binding an email is optional. If you do it, we store the address so you can get back into the same account later, say from another device.
Camera and microphone
Video calls need your camera and microphone. The request comes from your browser, on the match screen, and you answer it there. You can withdraw that permission at any time in your browser's site settings. Audio and text modes ask for less.
Paying with coins
Calls are paid for with coins, and you can also buy a Premium membership. Card payments are handled by outside payment providers. We receive order and billing details from them, but we don't keep your full card number.
Analytics waits for your answer
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It stays off until you pick "Accept" in the cookie banner. Pick "Essential only" and it never starts. The Cookie Policy explains the details and lets you change your mind.
How the information is used
- To run calls, messages, matching and payments.

- To spot fraud, abuse and breaks of our Community Guidelines.
- To fix bugs and improve the service.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Who else handles it
We do not sell personal information. It goes to other parties only in a few situations. Service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, payments and analytics, handle data on our behalf. We disclose information when the law or a valid legal request requires it, or to protect people's safety. If the service is ever reorganised or sold, data may move with it. And we may share aggregated figures that can't reasonably identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to run the service, settle disputes and meet legal duties. When an account is deleted, we remove or anonymise its personal data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep part of it.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct details that are wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, subject to legal exceptions;
- give you your data in a machine-readable format;
- limit how we use it in certain cases.
Email [email protected] from the address bound to your account if you have one, or include your Guest ID.
People under 18
LivCam is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we close the account and take steps to delete that information. Our Child Safety page explains how to tell us.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to it is restricted. Still, no system on the internet is perfectly secure. Keep your email account safe, because it is the way back into your LivCam account.
When this page changes
If our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top. Bigger changes may also be announced on the site.
